With such a provocative title, this film illustrates some of the perceived problems a supervisor might face working with women, but ultimately demonstrates where the real problem lies. The irritated supervisor in this film shows up again in The Grapevine. To license this film and get a higher quality version for broadcast/film purposes, contact A/V Geeks LLC .

While attempting to show us the common hazards which cause workers to lose their balance, this film has more slapstick than most Three Stooges shorts - the films hero fall down more than thirty times. Its not clear whether the film was meant to be funny as workers probably were laughing at this poor schnook more than learning from his mistakes. This film prepares elementary school kids for the harsh lessons of junior high: You will no longer be the smartest or best athlete. Your carefree days of the teacher holding your hand are over. Your friends will leave you to befriend more interesting kids. You can be an individual by following the interests and clothing styles of the popular people. This film, aimed at food factory employees, lays on the heavy melodrama to make its point about the food safety. Guilt, assembly lines of food products and a dramatic soundtrack make this an A/V Geeks favorite. Shows how a gold-mantled ground squirrel at Crater Lake National Park has learned to solve problems connected with getting food. Illustrates how an animal can learn to find food that is hidden from view or out of reach. This is one of the AV Geeks favorite films, mostly because Squeak is somewhat of a working class hero who, in spite of what obstacles "the Man" puts in his way, always perseveres. While trying to address the problems of gossip in the workplace, this film does an excellent job of offending everyone involved the overreacting manager, the nosey secretary and the chattering female grapevine participants. Shown to audiences nowadays, you can see folks flinch every time a female employee is referred to as a "girl." On the surface, this film may seem like an average science film about time and space, but like most of films from the Moody Institute of Science, there is an ulterior motive. The films host Irwin Moon had an interest in science as a child and later incorporated that interest into his life as a pastor. He would tour the country giving his Sermons of Science where the marvels of science provide the visible evidence of a Divine plan of creation. His work with GIs during World War II showed him the...

This film was made to instruct police officers on the basics of childbirth and to show them an actual birth - mostly so they wouldn't panic or pass out when confronted with such a scenario. WARNING! The poor acting by actual police officers and doctors and low production values in this film make the live birth scene even more shocking than others from this genre. Director D.W. Griffith's expensive, most ambitious silent film masterpiece Intolerance (1916) is one of the milestones and landmarks in cinematic history. Many reviewers and film historians consider it the greatest film of the silent era. The mammoth film was also subtitled: "A Sun-Play of the Ages" and "Love's Struggle Throughout the Ages." Griffith was inspired to make this film after watching the revolutionary Italian silent film epic Cabiria (1914) by director Giovanni...
